Coaching has become a key tool for managers in the workplace. It helps to develop and retain talented people while focusing on achieving business targets. Underpinning this workshop are the principles of coaching and how these principles apply to delegation (which is a key coaching opportunity) in a busy workplace environment.

  • Define the key behaviours that drives performance within your team, understand how these behaviours can be coached
  • Map out a systematic approach to coaching and understand how to apply the coaching principles to the “art of delegation”
  • Discuss why delegation can cause conflict within your team.
