Dealing with difficult conversations and conflict management in a work environment can be stressful. We all encounter challenging situations with those we work with. Such situations can be difficult and stressful to handle. However, by learning a few simple techniques you can deal positively with these conversations and you can also prevent many communication and conflict situations from happening in the first place.
Underpinning this session is the use of professional role players; Role Play adds an exciting, challenging and most importantly, an experiential aspect to this session, allowing participants to learn by experimentation, where they can ‘try out’ and be coached in new techniques or approaches in a safe, positive and constructive environment.
