Training Needs Assessment

We also provide a service where our faculty team can carry out a training needs assessment for our clients. This will be done through the development of a competency map/profile which identifies and documents the competencies required for a particular role within the client’s organisation. Based on the competency maps, we can create a detailed proposal of the structure, content and teaching methods for a programme which incorporates the client’s needs and provides the skills, knowledge and abilities required to enable junior lawyers to excel in their role, develop as lawyers and achieve the firm’s goals.
